1. I want to change my email address, home address for shipments, or social media account name.
Please send us an email with the mission you’re participating in and what changes you’d like to make to: beautyboard@buzzador.com.
2. I want to drop out of the campaign.
If you decide to withdraw, please fill in this form: drop out form. Once you drop out, you will no longer receive products from this campaign.
3. How much time do I have to post the content?
You should post all content within one month of receiving the products, for the first batch of Max Factor and Rimmel London this is 1.5 week for the first batch.
4. What if I canât post within a month?
Although youâve agreed to the one-month timeframe, we understand that delays can happen. Please notify us via email and provide a new expected date for your post.
5. I know someone who also wants to join the campaign.
They can sign up via our page. Weâre always excited to welcome new content creators!
6. The campaign is full. How can I still join?
You can join the waitlist via this form. The campaign lasts for a year, and there are occasional dropouts.
7. Do I need to send content for approval before posting?
No need to wait for approval. Simply post your content and send us the links afterward.
8. Where can I find the links to share my content?
All the important links are available under your mission section. Please check there for the specific details.
9. Iâm not receiving any emails.
Our emails may land in your spam folder. Please search for âBuzzadorâ in your spam folder.
10. I didnât receive a tracking number for my shipment.
Check your spam folder for an email from “TrackYourParcel noreply@trackyourparcel.eu“. If you still canât find it, email us and weâll assist you.
11. Not sharing your content in the shared links.
If you don’t share your content in the shared links, we think you didn’t post the content and therefore we will kick you out of the mission. Please to avoid this, share your content on time in the shared links.
12. For how long needs my content be online?
The content must be online the whole campaign period. You can delete it after this period. We recommend you to leave it on your account, the brands might want to boost your content (which is beneficial for you). In this case the content must be online.
13. I don’t have any inspiration for my content.Â
